Alexis Sanchez could be spending his last season at the Emirates Stadium as reports claimed Arsenal will rather push him abroad than to allow him join any Premier League rivals if he refuses to stay at the club.
The forward future at the Emirates Stadium is as uncertain as that of Arsene Wenger himself and there are speculations the Chilean international has already decided to be on his way out of the club in the summer.
The 28-year-old contract expires next summer and the situation of things don’t show he would be an Arsenal player next season though Arsene Wenger still hopes he could convince him to a sign a new deal.
Sanchez, who has scored 23 goals for Arsenal this season, was offered £300,000 per week, according to bleacherreport though he is yet to respond to that reports. But it appears the striker wants more than the monetary aspect as he has been more frustrated by the team’s inability to compete at the top for titles.
Arsenal would prefer selling him than to lose him for free next summer and should he decide to face the exit door at the Emirates, he may not be joining Chelsea or Man City as Arsenal are determined not to allow another star player move to a league rival.
Both Antonio Conte and Pep Guardiola are ready to head-to-head to sign the £50 million-rated former Barcelona attacker. Conte is an admirer of the Arsenal forward and wants him at Stamford Bridge while Guardiola want to reunite with him having worked together at the Nou Camp but a switch to PSG looks more likely.
Sanchez’s agents have reportedly met with PSG and according to Yahoo Sport the French club is ready to offer Arsenal £46 million to sign him
